I know you have so much going on right now; you’re probably feeling overwhelmed by just trying to fit this program into a schedule that already has you stretched to the limit.
But, here’s the good news: none of this is going to take too long, yet it’s going to have a big impact on those burned out, fatigued, stressed feelings you’re experiencing each day.

You can’t remember the last time you worked out…because who has time?
You check and respond to emails at all times of the day and night.

You feel real pressure from yourself, your peers, your boss, your clients to produce only absolutely perfect work.
You worry about how you’re going to get everything done and the solution is usually to sleep less and work harder.
I get it because this used to be my life.
